Responsibilities

• Screening patients  
• Documenting progress toward identified objectives
• Administering physical therapy services as directed by a registered physical therapist
• Conducting patient and family education
• Delivering quality physical therapy services
• Putting patient service first
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred

Qualifications

• State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant (Required) (Active or In-Process)
• Passed the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) (Required) (We will consider new grads with an upcoming board exam date)
• Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) (Required)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
