💰 Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated annual earning potential of approximately $100,000 based on 32 completed patient visits per week

  • Additional earning potential available for therapists who choose a higher patient volume

  • 120 hours of paid time off, accrued over time

👩‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients during individualized 50–60-minute sessions

  • Develop treatment plans based on each patient’s condition, goals, and lifestyle

  • Provide skilled manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other appropriate interventions

  • Create individualized home-exercise programs using the practice’s digital platform

  • Educate patients and clearly communicate clinical recommendations

  • Follow up with patients to support continuity of care and successful outcomes

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with the practice owner, office manager, and therapy team

  • Contribute to a positive, patient-centered practice culture

✅ Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Current Georgia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain

  • Minimum of two years of Physical Therapy experience required

  • Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred

  • Dry needling experience preferred; candidates interested in employer-supported training may also be considered

  • Pelvic-health experience or interest is a plus, but not required

  • Strong clinical reasoning, manual therapy, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable educating patients about the value of recommended care

  • Self-directed, flexible, collaborative, and responsive

  • Committed to providing an exceptional one-on-one patient experience
