Relient Health is recruiting licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across North Carolina. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement PT positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).

Opportunities may be available in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

📍 Potential PT Markets Include:

Charlotte, Research Triangle–Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill, Greensboro–Winston-Salem, Asheville, Wilmington, Fayetteville, Greenville, New Bern, Hickory, Rocky Mount, Goldsboro, Jacksonville, Elizabeth City, Boone, and additional North Carolina markets.

This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapists working within a rehabilitation department.
This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, or therapy aide position.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Typical Compensation Range: $40-55/hr
(Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience)

👩‍⚕️ Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing/medical teams
• Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
• Promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life

✅ Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active North Carolina PT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
• Ability to work full-time in an available North Carolina market
• Authorized to work in the United States
