💼 About the Facility:

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $40 - 45/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and status (full-time, part-time, or PRN)
• Full Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO (for full-time positions)
• Continuing education support
• Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation

👩‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Document patient progress using EMR systems
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

✅ Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current WI License (or eligible to obtain)
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
• Strong communication and time management skills
