💼 About the Facility:

Join a respected skilled nursing facility in Tucumcari, known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you're a new grad or seasoned PT.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $40 - 50/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and status. (full-time, part-time, or PRN)
Full Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
Continuing education support

👩‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Document patient progress using EMR systems
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

✅ Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current NM License (or eligible to obtain)
New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
Strong communication and time management skills
